As mentioned in our previous posts we’ll be introducing the Peak Engagement team over the next few weeks. Read about the role they play in making the products you love, their favorite part of the holidays and their favorite feature including a gift of tips and tricks. Enjoy! Introducing Andrew Lutgen, UX Architect Role at Peak Engagement: Here at Peak Engagement, my official role is that of User Experience Architect (UX Architect). I focus on the development, usability, and accessibility of our products – working to ensure we are solving our customer’s problems and the experience of using our products is enjoyable. This means I can wear a lot of hats – which is one of my favorite aspects of my job. I’m primarily focused on product design and development spending the majority of the day coding, prototyping new or revised features, or working on customer projects. As a product release nears, I may be writing documentation and tutorials, testing, or assisting with marketing on our corporate website and communications. Favorite thing about the holidays: My favorite thing about the holidays is likely similar to most people – enjoying time with family. I also enjoy growing a beard, eating holiday food, and reflecting on the past year while planning for the next. I even enjoy the start of snow and cold temperatures – at least until January 1st at which point I’m ready for the spring season. Favorite product feature: When asked to pick a favorite product feature, many come to mind, but a common theme is predominant and that is ease of use. Peak Portals was designed to be a user-friendly and pleasurable experience right out of the box for both end users and administrators. For end users, Peak Portals offers an intuitive interface consistent across multiple channels, reducing any barriers for engaging with your company and reinforcing trust with your brand. Portal administrators enjoy how easily and quickly a portal can be deployed and configured. The feature that allows for the rapid deployment of Peak Portals is what we like to refer to as our ’10 minute’ or ‘one-click’ configuration. We recognized the need to simplify the process and amount of resources needed to deploy a portal connected to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. As we demonstrated at the 2015 Dynamics Fiscal Year Kick Off, Peak Portals can be deployed in a matter of minutes. Once our solution is installed in your CRM, visit your portal setup page, complete a few configuration questions and you’re done – your portal will be deployed complete with all core modules including Support, Knowledge Base, Discussion and more. Further configuration can be done entirely within Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including creation of custom modules, without the overhead of development. Start a Peak Portals trial today and try it for yourself. Stay tuned over the coming weeks for more introductions from the Peak Engagement team.
