Peak Portals version 3.5 has been released! This version includes many enhancements to the core Support Module, new configuration options and Custom Filters for Custom Modules, and much more. The Knowledge Base Module has been updated with improved querying as well as support for the Knowledge Base Article entity. This version has also been updated to ensure compatibility with the July 2017 Update for Dynamics 365. Please see the Documents section of the Peak Engagement portal for more information related to this release.
If you are interested in upgrading to this version and have a hosted subscription, use the Upgrade Request option in the Peak Engagement portal to schedule your upgrade. If you are an on-premises customer, refer to the Documents section of the Peak Engagement portal for the latest managed solution and the Server Downloads section to download the server upgrade package.
